HedgeCo's Refund & Cancellation policy for all payments made to user's wallet using the
payment gateway stands as under:
i. All bank and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
ii. Users are free to withdraw any real cash balances held minus bank and payment gateway
charges.
iii. HedgeCo aims to process payments at the earliest. Yet, in certain cases there may be
delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
iv. HedgeCo reserves the right to freeze or suspend any payments that appear suspicious
and/or violate our payment rules.
v. If a payment has been made by a user and debited from the user's bank or wallet balance
and doesn't reflect in their HedgeCo wallet, such payment will be returned to the user's
bank or wallet as per the banking or wallet partner's policy.
vi. In case a user feels that there has been a withdrawal or payment processing error by
HedgeCo or HedgeCo's systems, they can write to info@hedgeco.app.
Note: The completion of the payments/refunds/transfers is subject to agencies such as banks,
payment gateways.
